CDD Emergency Board Meeting - May 2020

Due to current issues related to COVID-19, the Florida Governor released Executive Order 20-69 which

allows governmental public meetings and required quorums to be completed via telephone conference. In

respect of current social distancing recommendations this meeting will be conducted via telephone in order
