16. At least 7 days before each meeting or workshop, the agenda of the event, along with any meeting materials available in an electronic format, excluding confidential and exempt information. The information must remain on the website for at least 1 year after the event.
N/R. A copy of the minutes taken at Board meetings appear here, even though they are Not Required to be posted by statute. Minutes are normally approved at the meeting after which they are taken, and are then posted to the website generally a week later.
